The Dwight Yorke Stadium (DYS) stands as a tribute to a local legend and a symbol of sportsmanship, and yet an arena for developing and elite talent. It’s named after football maestro Dwight Eversley Yorke, a son of Canaan in picturesque Tobago; a place where dreams come to life, where athletes are forged, and where unforgettable events unfold.

Over the years, this stadium has witnessed history in the making. It proudly hosted the 2001 FIFA Under 17 World Championships, showcasing Tobago’s capability to the world. Since then, it has continued to be a stage for greatness, welcoming events like the 2005 CARIFTA Track and Field Championships, the 2010 FIFA Under 17 Women’s World Cup, and numerous national and regional competitions.

With a seating capacity of 7,111, DYS is equipped with world-class facilities to accommodate a wide range of events. The main field, training field, warm-up track, and main track make it an ideal location for football, track and field activities, and more. Need a space for a concert, car show, or model car racing? Look no further than the back car park. Our VIP lounge and sky-box offer the perfect setting for intimate dinners, meetings, corporate events, and cocktails.
